This year is getting bizarre by the day. In an announcement, the government has decided to cancel this year’s board exams for Matric and Intermediate Levels. It was decided that students will be promoted on the basis of their previous results. Furthermore, all educational institutes are to remain closed until the 15th of July until further notice.
Coronavirus cases in Pakistan have seen a spike in recent days. The government has decided to open the country for business in parts, however, academic institutes didn’t make the cut in this phase.
Universities have to make a decision regarding their exam policies as the restriction does not apply to them.
